Apple & Chestnut Stuffing Recipe

Apple and Chestnut Stuffing - This meatless stuffing can be cooked in a casserole dish rather than the turkeys cavity,
1. Preheat oven to 325‚°F.
2. Spoon the stuffing into a 12-inch dish and bake, covered with foil, for 1 hour.

ingredients

200 g white breadcrumbs
2 eggs
100 g chopped cooked chestnuts
50 g raisins marinated in 25 ml brandy
350 g coarsely chopped unpeeled apple
100 g sweated chopped onion
seasoning

method

Combine 200 g white breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, 100 g chopped cooked chestnuts, 50 g raisins marinated in 25 ml brandy, 350 g coarsely chopped unpeeled apple, 100 g sweated chopped onion, and seasoning.

Serve with roast turkey or goose.
